General Information
Absolutely. If you're not completely happy with your service, contact us
within 7 days and we'll invite you back to make it right — at no extra
charge. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we stand behind
every service we deliver.
We're open Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 8am–6pm, and Sunday
10am–4pm. We also offer early morning and late evening appointments
by request — just ask when you book.
You can book online through our website, call us directly, or simply
walk in if we have availability. We recommend booking in advance,
especially for colour services, bridal appointments, and weekends.
We exclusively use professional-grade products from trusted brands
known for their quality, performance, and hair health benefits.
All our colour lines are ammonia-conscious and we stock a range of
vegan and cruelty-free options on request.
Yes — we offer complimentary consultations for all new clients and for
major colour or treatment services. We want to fully understand your
hair goals before we begin, so we can deliver exactly the result
you're dreaming of.
